What is collected
When you buy the guide, our store provider collects the details needed to complete and confirm your order — your name, email address, and payment information. Payments are processed by the store provider; card details are never seen or stored here.
How it is used
Your email address is used to deliver your order, send your download link, and help you retrieve the file if it goes missing. Nothing else. Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the services that make your order work.
Getting your download back
On the download page you can enter the email you used at checkout to have your file returned to you. That lookup only ever reveals a download to someone who knows the purchasing email address.
Your choices
You can ask for your details to be removed at any time by sending a message — though order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
